Privacy Policy

1. The short version
ChooseAIModel.com has no user accounts and does not sell your data. The calculators and simulators run in your browser, and the scenarios you enter are never stored on our servers. We measure traffic and feature usage in privacy-respecting ways, described below.
2. Anonymous usage measurement
We keep aggregate counts of how the site’s tools and pages are used — for example, how many times the calculator produced a result or a share button was clicked. These are simple tallies: they set no cookies, store nothing on your device, and contain no IP address, identifier, or any information that could identify you. We use them only to understand which features are useful and to improve them.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure overall traffic. In the EU and EEA, analytics cookies stay disabled until you choose “Allow” in the cookie notice (Google Consent Mode keeps measurement cookieless until then); elsewhere they are enabled by default and you can decline. Google Analytics may process limited data such as a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how they handle that data. We do not load analytics on the admin area.
4. Contact form
If you email us through the contact form, we receive the email address and message you submit and use them only to respond. Delivery is handled by our email provider, Brevo, and the form is protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. We don’t use the address for marketing.
5. What we don’t do
We do not create user accounts, build advertising profiles, or sell or rent personal data to anyone. The workload numbers you type into the calculator and simulator are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us for storage; shareable links carry those numbers in the URL only, never any text you paste.
6. Data retention
Aggregate usage counts are kept only in summary form (totals per day) and contain no personal data. Contact messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings.
7. Your choices
You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie notice (or remove them via your browser at any time). Because our own usage measurement stores nothing on your device and holds no personal data, there is nothing tied to you to access or delete. 8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
